He is a member of Business Network International (BNI) member. He has been a sponsor and member of the North Anne Arundel County Chamber of Commerce (NAACCC). Tim has a strong background in business, financial matters, and family law. You’ll quickly recognize that he is an excellent problem solver with a long list of happy clients.
Mr. Mummert has been the Vice President of Anne Arundel Collaborative Professionals since 2008. Tim has also been a member of Howard County Collaborative Professionals. He is a member of the Anne Arundel County Bar Association and the Maryland State Bar Association.
In January 2020, Tim was appointed by Maryland Governor Larry Hogan to the Howard County Board of Elections to compete another Board Member’s term. Tim did not realize that when he accepted the position, he would be faced with a pandemic that resulted in four elections in one year, three elections during the pandemic. Tim was recently reappointed by Governor Wes Moore for a new four-year term beginning June 2022.
In his law practice, he has helped many businesses over the years to understand the ins and outs of owning and managing a profitable business. Tim has developed an excellent reputation as a successful mediator, in and out of the court system. When asked what makes the difference in his work, he says he has served as a Counselor at Law and an Attorney at Law.
