Assess
Sometimes, it’s difficult to understand where your knowledge gaps lie and what you need to learn more about. When you sign up for One-To-One Coaching Sessions, we’ll first take a good look at business knowledge and growth opportunities you need to build up. I’ll bring some tools to the table to determine the best course of action for you and your business!
Develop
Once we know where we’re going, it’s about designing a road map to get there! Sometimes, it’s a matter of talking through things and answering your questions. Other times, you may need me to help draft legal documents to help you start or run your business. We can create Business Plans, Employee Handbooks, and other business documents together.
Support
Sometimes, even the best of plans go awry. If and when this happens, I provide practical support to help you get back on track. Identifying potential obstacles and developing strategies to overcome them is best done with an experienced legal business expert. Let’s set some timelines and benchmarks to measure progress and help you thrive!
